Expiration
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Because matches are a flammable product, they cannot be returned through normal shipping channels. For that reason, our only standard remedies are replacement or refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-returnable items:
- Matches or any flammable goods
- Gift cards / Gift certificates
- Downloadable software products
To complete a request for refund or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have this information, please contact us at [email protected] so we can look it up for you.
Please do not send your purchase back without a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error
- Any request made more than 30 days after delivery
- A restocking fee up to 20% may be deducted from any refund or credit at our option and is typically done by default
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. We will also advise whether a restocking fee was charged or waived. Any rejection of refund will include an explanation.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund is outside of our control.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchased an item at sale price, any refund is based on the amount you actually paid, regardless of the item’s current price.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Because matches are flammable, we cannot accept physical returns for inspection. Instead, we may request photos of the damaged product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Items purchased with a Gift Card / Gift Certificate
Refunds are issued to the original source of funds. If you paid with a Gift Card or Gift Certificate purchased from our company, the balance will be credited back to that account. Our Gift Cards and Gift Certificates do not expire, and we can retrieve the code for you if needed for future purchases.
Shipping
Due to shipping restrictions for flammable goods, we cannot accept returned matchbooks through standard carriers. Do not mail matches back to us unless specifically instructed in writing by Diversified Global LLC.

Please include your Return Authorization Number both inside and on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may delay processing.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any authorized return. Insurance is optional and at your expense. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Disputes
Our payment processors, your bank, and our company all require that you contact us first in the event of any dispute, whether for product quality, non-receipt, or any other reason.
If you initiate a dispute directly through your bank or payment provider, we are charged a fee. You will be billed for that fee regardless of the outcome. If you do not pay, additional fees may apply and the account may be sent to collections.
You are legally required to contact us before filing a dispute. The only exception is when a dispute is ruled in our favor and our processor refunds the fee. Repeated or bad-faith disputes may result in suspension or termination of purchasing privileges.
